Experience

Andrew Stanton specializes in the investigation, analysis, and repair of buildings, primarily addressing building enclosure performance. His building enclosure experience includes roofing, waterproofing, and exterior cladding projects that emphasize addressing moisture egress in the wet US Pacific Northwest climate. Mr. Stanton also performs thermal analysis to assess performance and condensation potential within exterior wall and roof assemblies as well as within specific components, including windows and exterior doors. Mr. Stanton conducts testing, including water spray testing in accordance with ASTM E1105, for fenestrations and facades.

Mr. Stanton’s diverse project experience includes litigation support, insurance claims investigations, and rehabilitation design. His digital skills include computer analysis with THERM, Optics, and Windows and graphics development through SketchUp, Bluebeam, and CAD.
